Deal Maker, Deal Closer

Jay is a “refugee” from a large national law firm, who provides effective and efficient legal services to his clients, without the high cost normally associated with lawyers in large law firms. Jay is an experienced California transactional lawyer who currently practices in the areas of real estate, business, health care and trusts and wills.

Jay’s legal practice serves businesses, health care providers and commercial real estate owners with professional counseling in the areas of purchasing, selling and leasing of major business assets, such as land, business enterprises and equipment.  Jay also serves those same clients by forming corporations and limited liability companies in which to hold assets or for use in managing businesses while limiting the risks of ownership. Jay regularly helps health care providers obtain licenses to operate assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

Jay also represents individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and he also has served as trustee and trust counsel to several large well-known family trusts. Get in touch with us to set up a consultation, or use the contact form at the bottom of this page to enquire whether our services are right for you.
